Functional/Organizational

PURPOSE

  • Internal communications and interactions

Internal Customer Care

PURPOSE

  • Providing support, advice and consultation on emerging business requirements, systems, and policies

MEMBERS

  • Users of a specific internal business or reporting tool

 
Community of Practice

PURPOSE

  • Support members’ active learning
  • Specific focus and domain of expertise
  • Targeted at specific outcomes

MEMBERS

  • Disciplined experts and learners who are engaged in teaching/learning

Community of Interest

PURPOSE

  • Focus on a particular emerging topic
  • May not be related to a specific job or task

MEMBERS

  • Anyone who shares this interest
